PLEASE NOTE:

•  “Colors for area rugs may not be an exact duplication on individual computers and monitors based on the setting of your system”.
• “Sizes may vary slightly based on differences between manufactures and styles”.
• During Checkout, your rug color selection will be based on your choice of options which you choose and is shown alongside. Your choice of color is shown in your order. Please don’t be alarmed if the checkout image shows some other standard product color. The gallery images are displayed for your reference.
• All sizes are in feet (example 8×10 , 5×7). Some are in inches x feet (example 30″ x7′   , which is 30 inches x 7 feet)
• Customers can pay using their credit/debit cards or Paypal account via Paypal payment system.

If you receive a rug which is damaged then I will bear the cost to replace it and make it right from my side.

If you change your mind after getting the rug shipped, then you will have to bear the shipping cost to exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.

Taxes will be calculated based on the area of sale and shipping.

Shipping cost for regular ground will be based on the size of the item. I will do my best to get you the least cost and efficient shipping for your rugs. If you need a faster shipping  , an additional shipping cost may apply.

My goal is to provide you with a great product which you can enjoy for years and if there is any genuine  issue, I believe it can be resolved with good communication and understanding.
